To-water-striders
2023
Publication, Animation

During her residency at CASCINA I.D.E.A. in Italy, Daiga Grantina created a series of 23 sculptures inspired by Lake Orta. Photographs of these works are brought together in a catalogue entitled To-water-striders (water skaters). As the pages turn, the images grow increasingly sombre, like a descent to the bottom of the lake.
